FACILITIES
The majority of Ashton's services are provided remotely at our facilities
in Norwell, Massachusetts, with our resources traveling onsite occasionally
to your offices.
We coordinate with your staff to manage all control files, programs,
etc., involved in providing the development and support services
for this work. Your company would furnish current data files to
us as needed.
HARDWARE AND EQUIPMENT
We provide all necessary hardware and equipment at our facilities
without cost to our clients.
COMMUNICATIONS
We provide written Weekly Status Reports to your Project Management
and participate in Weekly Conference Calls to discuss project status
and resolve issues.
We maintain timely and effective communication with your programming
staff for checking out programs to be worked on and receiving copies
of your environment change and installation notices.
We recommend that each of our clients allow us direct access to
various LANmark/Transcend environments to ensure that we are always
working with the most current versions of all programming items
and to facilitate working more closely with your programming staff.
